1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should use the service with parental or guardian consent where required by law.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One account per person. Account sharing, resale, or transfer is not permitted.
3. Single Device Login (Strict Policy)
Each Mock Rail AI account may be active on one device at a time only. You may not log in on multiple devices simultaneously, switch devices to bypass this limit, or allow another person to use your account on a separate device.
- Logging in on a new device may automatically sign out your session on the previous device.
- We monitor session activity, device identifiers, and login patterns to enforce this rule.
- Attempts to use VPNs, emulators, cloned browsers, or other tools to simulate multiple devices are prohibited.
4. Enforcement & Permanent Ban
If we detect or reasonably believe you have violated these Terms — including multiple device login, account sharing, credential sharing, or circumvention of platform limits — we may take immediate action without prior notice.
- Permanent ban: Your account may be permanently suspended or terminated with no option to reopen or create a replacement account.
- No appeal guarantee: Bans related to abuse, fraud, or multi-device violations are final at our discretion.
- Data access: After a permanent ban, you may lose access to mocks, notes, analytics, and other stored content.
5. Payments — No Refunds
All payments for paid plans, subscriptions, or one-time purchases on Mock Rail AI are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for details.
- We do not offer partial refunds, pro-rata refunds, or refunds for unused time.
- Duplicate charges caused by a verified technical error on our side may be corrected at our discretion.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in immediate permanent account termination.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload content that infringes copyright or violates others' rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
- Share account access or resell generated content as an official exam paper.
7. AI-Generated Content
Mocks, notes, and explanations are generated by AI for study purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific exam. Always verify important facts with official sources.
8. Intellectual Property
The Mock Rail AI brand, software, and design remain our property. You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service.
9. Sharing Features
When you share mocks, notes, or other resources, you control who receives access via share links or email invitations. You are responsible for what you choose to share.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including permanent bans described above. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mock Rail AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
