This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans, subscriptions, add-on mock packs, and one-time purchases made on Mock Rail AI at mockrail.in.
1. No Refunds
All payments on Mock Rail AI are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated mocks, notes, or content quality.
- Partial use of a subscription or unused remaining time on a plan.
- Unused mock credits or add-on packs.
- Account suspension or permanent ban for violating our Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to use the platform after purchase.
- Change of mind after payment.
2. Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription to prevent future billing, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless your account is terminated under our Terms.
3. Add-on Mock Packs
One-time add-on purchases (extra mock credits) are non-refundable once the credits are added to your account, whether or not you use them.
4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you were charged twice for the same purchase due to a verified technical error on our platform, contact us at info@mockrail.in with your receipt. We may correct genuine duplicate charges at our sole discretion — this is not a general refund policy.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate and permanent account termination, in addition to loss of access to all content, mocks, notes, and features.
6. Free Plan
The free plan (Platform Rail) does not require payment. This Refund Policy applies only to paid purchases.
7. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
